Just for context the 616 Marvel Universe and the Ultimate Marvel Universe are crashing into each other in a collision that will completely obliterate both of them, ending all that remains the multiverse and reality itself, and the superpowered inhabitants of each are duking it out in a last desperate, amoral, primal attempt to destroy the other universe in hopes of saving their own.
And Ultimate Tony Stark thinks this is a good time to flirt with 616 Carol Danvers.
