Hello! Regarding the other Asgardian people, do they know they have stories instead of history like Odin and Loki? Or do they sense it whenever something is rewritten or, now that the world is ending, do they know this won't be like regular deaths?

I think everyone’s got stories instead of history. Human events become narrative, to the extent that we rewrite history to suit the narrative. There are a lot of assumptions people make about “what the past was like” that are completely fictional.

As for sensing the end - well, Odin seemed to think so. But then, he was the one having the weird dreams, so he was probably biased.
