When Pepper mentions a potential recruit chewing on buildings who is that referring to? It's driving me crazy. Does Hulk eat buildings now instead of just smashing them? Is it some more obscure character I've missed? Is Hawkeye even more of a weirdo than I've given him credit for?

It’s totally Hawkeye being his weird self. 

But in all honesty I’m not sure who it could be.
