Hell yes. (though, blue and red? I get that it’s a take on the American elections, but come on, should be green and gold. Blue and red are Thor’s colors)
The great thing is, right now he REALLY WOULD be the best candidate to rule Asgard… at least, among the royal family. Thor (as in, his brother, not Jane) is missing, Odin’s gone crazy, Cul’s clearly evil, Tyr and Balder are dead, angela was not raised in Asgard and knows almost nothing about it, and is kinda busy in Hel right now anyway… and Loki’s come a long way in redeeming himself over the last few years, so I think he really would do a good job. Especially with all the devious underhanded bullshit in the Council of Worlds. Who better do deal with devious bullshitters than Loki? he knows how to play the game.
Now, if this really is an open election and is open to everyone, then people like Volstagg or someone running could complicate things. but i think Loki is still a surprisingly good choice.
