Also, this issue SO TOTALLY confirmed my little theory. Note how here he says he is going to disappear into the pages, he also taunted Bucky earlier in the issue by saying he was “falling off the page”. King Loki here is completely aware that he is a character in a book, and is using that to do all the trippy things he does in the issue, like turning a giant into ‘space bees’ and, well, Kyle and Steve here. Also, as in Agent of Asgard, while he at first appears to be tormenting Bucky, in the end it turns out it was all with an aim towards giving him information that he needed. So Future Loki is helping Bucky via King Loki, just as he is helping his younger self.
