This dude has a sick skill!!
_______
This rock balancing is done by Michael Grab. He is an artist and has killer patience. On his site gravityglue.com, Grab explains:
“The most fundamental element of balancing in a physical sense is finding some kind of ‘tripod’ for the rock to stand on. Every rock is covered in a variety of tiny to large indentations that can act as a tripod for the rock to stand upright, or in most orientations you can think of with other rocks. By paying close attention to the feeling of the rocks, you will start to feel even the smallest clicks as the notches of the rocks in contact are moving over one another. Parallel to the physical element of finding tripods, the most fundamental non-physical element is harder to explain through words. In a nutshell, I am referring to meditation, or finding a zero point or silence within yourself. Some balances can apply significant pressure on your mind and your patience. The challenge is overcoming any doubt that may arise.” Pretty sick, amiright?

Incredible

I see this sort of comment usually from people who think liking a character means AGREEING with them, and that’s just not the case. You can like a character while disagreeing with them. Quite often the villains, especially if they are given a sympathetic/gray motivation, can be more interesting than the heroes they face, even if, as a reader, you fully acknowledge that they are doing bad things. There’s just more meat and complexity to characters like that.
Also, a hero is not much good without interesting villains to face, a popular villain in a character’s rogue’s gallery will make that hero (or team) more popular by virtue of giving them interesting stories when they come into conflict, so it’s not really a bad thing. ;)

found this the other day when I was showing my dad and my sister who Devin Townsend was, and that he is an awesome guitar player. Luckily this had been uploaded just last month, and is awesome. Love Devin Townsend.
